Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Design Director to lead the creative direction and oversee the design execution of high-profile interior projects in the U.S. and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire design teams across multiple projects and disciplines
- Oversee conceptual development, design presentations, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors from ideation through completion
- Ensure creative output aligns with HMixture’s design vision and quality standards
- Mentor junior designers and uphold a collaborative studio culture
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture (NCIDQ or AIA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in high-end design projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality)
- Strong leadership, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Revit
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
