Über den Bereich
Im Bereich Fighter Radar Engineering entwickeln wir zukunftsweisende Radartechnologien – darunter das neue Board-Radar des Eurofighters. Für unser Team am Standort Ulm suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter mit Safety Kenntnissen. Der Mitarbeiter wird dann als Designated System Safety Engineer (DSSE) ausgebildet.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortliche Mitarbeit in der Rolle als DSSE
- Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege der Safety relevanten Dokumente, sowie Mitwirkung an den übergeordneten Entwicklungsplänen und des Safety Plans
- Kontinuierliche Nachverfolgung identifizierter Gefährdungen sowie prozesskonforme Abarbeitung von identifizierten Safety-relevanten Vorkommen
- Bewertung der Auswirkungen von Design- und Entwicklungsänderungen sowie von Problem Reports auf Safety Aspekte und Designs
- Durchführung Safety-Analysen und Risikobeurteilungen unter Verwendung von etablierten Techniken wie Functional Failure Assessment, Fault Tree Analysis, Hazard Analysis und Common Mode Analysis in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten
- Analyse, Festlegung und Pflege der Safety-relevanten Produktanforderungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Nachweisführung Safety-relevanter Produktanforderungen sowie Prüfung und Bewertung der Nachweisergebnisse
- Mitwirkung an der abschließenden Bewertung des Produkts im Hinblick auf die Flugfreigabe
- Beratung des technischen Managements und der Entwicklungsteams zu Safety-Themen
- Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Partnern in Safety-relevanten Aspekten
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Safety Engineering
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im RMT Engineering
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im System Engineering
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Verifikations- und Zulassungsteams
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
