*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nutrition and healthcare, with a focus on providing quality dietary services in an assisted living setting.
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and manage the dietary department, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to create individualized meal plans
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of meals, including specialized diets such as tube feeding
- Utilize physiology knowledge to address dietary needs and restrictions effectively
- Lead and mentor staff members to maintain a high standard of service
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient nutrition plans
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Previous experience in managing dietary services in an assisted living facility
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in patient assessment and developing appropriate nutrition plans
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to dietary services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
