A Digital and IT Programming Developer defines, configures, tests, trains and supports individuals using business-related IT systems and applications. You will lead projects that will enable business improvements and perform critical analysis. Then you will develop solutions using standard programming practices and protocols to fulfill the requirements that will positively impact the business. Infrastructure/Security directly works with standard protocols and ensures that each device and system is configured and managed correctly.
This is a dual role working in development and cyber security. You will collaborate with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users as you work together to improve a world class industrial manufacturing environment.
Manage the full life cycle of IT applications used in an industrial manufacturing environment. Develop & support IT applications that focus on automating business transactions, implementing new ideas, and improving cross functional team performance in all aspects of the business. Work with other security and infrastructure analysts to ensure all cyber security protocols are continuously followed and work to make all end points and applications more robust.
- Full stack developer with experience in C# & SQL a must, RPA in UiPath, MS Power Automate, Flow, & Power BI. Other programming experience would be highly valued.
And
- Perform hardware and application support by resolving tickets and working through required protocols to improve the security of the environment. Direct and work with other analysts in making correct cyber security upgrades and changes.
Essential Functions:
- An understanding of data structures and the ability to query and build reports for business users.
- Implement, maintain, or support IT applications and services with complex technical specifications.
- Work to ensure all cyber security protocols are followed, maintained, and improved upon based on endpoint life cycles.
- Understand the business functional areas of supply chain, accounting, operations, marketing, etc.
- Use accepted standards and practices working in a team environment (TFS).
- Provides resolution of critical technical problems when they occur. Has the ability to deep dive and find issues in custom applications whether they be errant code or bad data.
- Be able to talk through practical matters in a way that helps improve everyone’s understanding.
- Analyze, design, configure, program, test and document code updates and required upgrades.
- Communicate clearly and often with internal customers via email, meetings, and chat.
- Experience in other programming technologies a plus.

- Support full lifecycle of custom designed business systems
- Ability to operate various pieces of office equipment. Requires the internal working knowledge of all types of IT hardware.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree (4 year) from college or university and a minimum of four years of related IT developer and project management experience or a combination of experience and education. Individuals with two-year degrees or less will not be considered.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate efficiently, read, analyze, and interpret general business topics and periodicals and technical procedures. Need to be able to understand computer program logic and general documentation. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization. Maintain good working relationships with department associates, supervisors, and managers.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Any industry relevant certificates for hardware, security or programming such as C#, PMP Power BI, etc. is an added benefit.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical and analytical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
