COLAB is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing digital agency. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States who have hands-on experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients—overseeing campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that each client’s goals are met with precision and care. You’ll be a strategic thinker, a clear communicator, and an organized project manager who knows how to deliver results.

What You’ll Do
Client Management & Communication
- Manage and grow client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight
- Lead regular video calls, provide performance updates, and offer proactive recommendations
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
Project Coordination
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels (paid media, content, SEO, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client goals
- Track timelines, deliverables, and resources to maintain smooth execution
Strategy & Performance Reporting
- Help develop marketing strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, pull reports, and translate data into actionable insights
- Work with the analytics team to track KPIs and refine strategies as needed
Problem-Solving & Ownership
- Anticipate challenges and offer solutions before issues arise
- Act as the client’s advocate within the agency while managing scope and priorities
- Deliver a high standard of service that fosters client loyalty and retention
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in an account management role at a digital marketing agency (required)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing practices (paid ads, SEO, content, email, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- A team-first mindset with a focus on client success and collaboration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
