The NeuroRhodes Collective is a growing, neuroscience-informed executive functioning coaching business serving students, professionals, and parents nationwide. Led by doctoral- and master’s-level clinicians, we help neurodivergent individuals and families build systems that work for their brains.
We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in a part-time role. This is not an agency position. We are looking for one individual to work closely with the founder to expand visibility, attract leads, and drive client consults and coaching bookings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving traffic, enhancing user engagement, and optimizing conversion rates. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage our online presence and improve our digital marketing efforts across various platforms.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic search rankings.
- Manage content across various content management systems, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to analyze web traffic data, monitor performance metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience while promoting brand loyalty.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase lead generation through effective landing pages and calls-to-action.
- Collaborate with the founder to optimize service listings, metadata, and overall site structure for better visibility in search engines.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking user interactions and setting up relevant tags for enhanced data collection.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, and web analytics to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and web analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress for effective website management and optimization.
- Experience with conversion optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with social media management practices and the ability to create compelling content tailored for different platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
