Producer & Creative Collaborator
Dope Sick & Hopeful | Tampa Bay
We’re building something meaningful — a creative house rooted in music, visual storytelling, and fashion. Dope Sick & Hopeful exists to express what words alone can’t. Through raw, honest art, we make space for what’s real — the beauty, the struggle, the transformation.
We’re looking for a Producer who can help shape this vision. Someone who’s both creative and grounded — a strong storyteller, a technical problem solver, and a true collaborator. You’ll be working across music videos, fashion content, documentaries, and branded pieces — capturing the essence of a brand that’s built on depth, style, and emotional honesty.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the production process from concept through delivery: planning, scripting, filming, editing.
- Collaborate with artists, musicians, and creatives to bring original ideas to life on screen.
- Edit with precision and feel — using tools like Adobe Premiere to craft visuals that connect.
- Contribute to our fashion and music content with strong visual storytelling and a keen eye for style.
- Help build a content calendar and manage publishing across platforms like IG, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Interpret creative briefs, bring fresh ideas, and follow through with clean execution.
- Support with production documentation, scripting, and content workflows.
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply — some projects may require language support and cross-cultural nuance.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in video production, editing, and digital storytelling.
- Confident with camera gear, lighting, audio, and post-production workflows.
- Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere), and able to deliver polished, professional content.
- Organized, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple projects with evolving timelines.
- Social media fluent — you understand the rhythm and tone of short-form content.
- Creative by nature, but committed to doing things with care and intention.
- Comfortable working in a space that blends artistry, entrepreneurship, and personal story.
- Familiarity with fashion or branding is a big plus — or you’re excited to explore it.
