A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industry, seeks a Digital Signage Deployment Technician. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, handling information from multiple projects simultaneously, and troubleshooting with onsite technicians to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery. This role requires flexibility, as work may extend beyond standard business hours.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Participate in project meetings and suggest improvements when necessary.
· Create digital signage backend and configure signage players.
· Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches, developing effective solutions.
· Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
· Coordinate current projects with all team members to maintain workflow.
· Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring all materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
· Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
· Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget constraints.
Job Qualifications:
· CTS certification or experience in an AV or similar role, managing AV integration projects.
· In-depth knowledge of audio-visual systems, equipment, and technologies.
· Strong project management skills, including scheduling and resource management.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
· Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
