Alliance Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals for in-home health care to serve the IDD community. This is a rewarding position where you can help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their goals!
We are looking for DSP's in the Yamhill County area to work with children and adults with a range of schedules and needs. This includes cities like Newberg, McMinnville, and more. Schedules are flexible and we are willing to train for the right candidate. Part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions are available.
This is a great, rewarding position for students or those who are looking to pick up a few extra hours in the evenings or the weekends, or those looking for an additional source of income that benefits the community at the same time!

What You’ll Do:
- Engage in Fun Activities: Enjoy arts & crafts, sports, and other enjoyable activities while helping customers pursue their dreams.
- Support Daily Living Needs: Assist with personal care, toileting needs, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, housekeeping, and budgeting.
- Follow Care Plans: Provide updates on customers' progress toward their desired outcomes.

Position Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Working cell phone
- Experience in caregiving or IDD support
- Current first aid & CPR certification (reimbursement available)
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR/DMV Report) and criminal background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Our current needs include daytime shifts ranging from 6am-10pm. We do not have a need for overnight shifts in the Portland area at this time.
- 4-hour shift
