FaithHopeLove, LLC is a License Developmental Disability Provider. Serving children (min age 8) adolescents, and adults. We are seeking direct support professionals to work in our Mechanicsville, VA.
Job Description:
FaithHopeLove, LLC is seeking full-time/ part-time Direct Support Professionals to work in our Mechanicsville, VA area. This position requires a candidate who is able to work some week days and rotating weekends are required.
Responsibilities:
Reports to the QDDP. DSP will serve as direct care worker having direct responsibility and supervision of the individuals to whom he/she is assigned. Oversee physical care, development of acceptable habits and attitudes; management of individual behavior and helping to meet the goals and objectives of any service plan. Participate in individual day support assessments; ensuring the daily needs of the individuals is properly met. Administer medication and Escorts individuals to and from training and community activities as assigned. DSP’s will provide direct supervision and guidance to ensure safety and welfare of individuals. Documentation per shift is required. Observe individuals daily for behavioral changes, physical injuries/conditions and cleanliness, and conduct accordance with Individual Service Plan. Performs required housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
