Emerge Home Care is seeking a passionate caregiver to work with individuals with disabilities. Currently hiring for a part time position in West St. Paul, MN.

Schedule
- 25 – 30 per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed
- Assist with meal preparation as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
- Assist with errands and community activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old.
- 2 years of caregiving work experience at an institution or home setting, working with persons with developmental disabilities or other related experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company.
- Driver’s license with good record and must have a car.
