EAG's Engineering Sciences lab provides test, engineering, and reliability services to a broad spectrum of technology-based sectors. We have an exciting a leadership opportunity at the forefront of building and managing a team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of Automated Test & Equipment (ATE) Services including Planning, Shipping and Receiving.
Essential Job Functions:
- Directs all aspects of planning for Engineering and Production Test for semiconductors.
- Sound business acumen, and the ability and motivation to work with a variety of complex customers to grow the business and meet their demands
- Ability to identify and delegate work suitable for employees’ capability
- Organize, schedule prioritize, and assign jobs to group members
- Provide technical direction and leadership over all members of the department
- Develop, review, and approve all analysis data and reporting
- Prepare customer summary reports
- Provide, maintain, and emphasize quality in operation and product
- Organize, manage, coordinate members of department to facilitate work flow
- Promote and direct a cohesive team environment
- Interface with external customers to maintain professional relationship
- Identify and resolve problems within group operations
- Protects confidential information and proprietary processes.
- Handles customer materials and company equipment in a responsible and efficient manner.
- Follows established safety protocols and procedures.
- Requirements of the Technology Control Plan are followed at all times to ensure export control compliance
- Ensures compliance with quality system documents and processes
- Maintains specified records of test data and ensures Good Documentation Practices
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have:
- BS Degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience
- MBA Degree with a major in Operations / Supply Chain
- 10+ years of experience in ATE Testing
- 5+ years of prior management experience
- Microelectronic testing experience in one or more technical disciplines such as reliability, ESD, circuit edit or failure analysis (physical/electrical).
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and effective project management skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing, developing, and executing programs throughout an organizational entity.
- Self-motivated with initiative; "big picture" mindset; ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Team building experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office or laboratory to access file cabinets, machinery, equipment etc.
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead
- Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting.
- Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.

Additional Information
Compensation Range: $168,000 - $230,000. (Salary is commensurate with experience and degree of technical expertise.)
