Vera Health and Fertility is a holistic gynecology and fertility clinic rooted in a pro-life, restorative, and evidence-based approach to women's health. We believe in treating the whole woman-body, mind, and spirit-with dignity and respect at every stage of life. Now, we're ready to scale, and we need a bold leader to help us build a foundation for long-term impact.
What You'll Do:
Drive Growth: Build and execute strategic initiatives to help us reach $1 million in revenue by end of 2025
Build Referral Networks: Cultivate relationships with OB/GYNs, PCPs, doulas, midwives, wellness providers, and faith-based networks
Standardize + Scale: Help us streamline and document key processes so we can open new clinic locations
Brand Development: Collaborate with marketing to grow our brand through social media partnerships, influencers, and thought leadership
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster aligned brand collaborations that expand our reach
Lead with Mission: Be a visible ambassador of our pro-life, pro-woman values in every conversation
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is charismatic, confident, and entrepreneurial
- Has a track record in sales, business development, or strategic growth
- Believes deeply in holistic, restorative women's health
- Is pro-life and eager to serve women with compassion and conviction
- Can lead projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision
- Is a natural connector, communicator, and creative thinker
- Has a knack for systems, SOPs, and scaling organizations
- Thrives in a hybrid environment with flexible hours
