A dynamic healthcare facility is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Case Management to lead our interdisciplinary team. Position Overview: As the Director of Case Management, you will be the cornerstone of our efforts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services. You'll lead initiatives in utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination across multiple departments, including Emergency, Labor & Delivery, and Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize case management and social work operations
Lead efforts to reduce denials and improve approvals
Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitalists, and ED staff
Implement and oversee weekly educational programs for staff
Drive continuous improvement in length of stay metrics
Manage the integration of social workers into the case management team
Develop strategies to address challenges in Intermediate Care
Collaborate with corporate on utilization reviews
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state licensure.
Bachelor's Degree
BLS Certification
At least 1-3 years of clinical case management/utilization review experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hospital experience
