We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Director to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the childcare field. This role is essential in creating a nurturing and educational environment for children while ensuring compliance with all child care licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and assistance to staff and children.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the children.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in the Childcare field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents, staff, and children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development for all children.
