Experience
- 5 or more years of related related leadership experience required
- Preferred: experience with building and vehicle maintenance, and logistics processes
- Combined experience and education will be considered
- Experience operating hand tools.

The Director of Maintenance and Logistics leads the logistics/yard, vehicle maintenance, and facilities maintenance areas, ensuring objectives are achieved at the lowest cost, consistent with quality standards and customer requirements. This role directs and leads team members, resolves issues, sets schedules, and handles policy related issues. All work is performed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications, regulations, and guidelines. This critical exempt role is very hands-on.
