## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all nursing activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulations. ## Duties - Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. - Supervise and lead a team of nurses, ensuring proper staffing levels and adherence to protocols. - Manage nursing staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development. - Oversee the implementation of medical protocols, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Collaborate with doctors and healthcare providers to optimize patient care outcomes. - Monitor and manage Medicare billing systems to ensure accurate reimbursement. ##
