Chick-fil-A is seeking a Director of Operations, a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, strategy, and team development. As an Executive Director, you will lead and support the team of leaders and Team Members, ensuring alignment with Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service, quality, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and is passionate about developing high-performing teams, driving efficiency, and enhancing guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee restaurant operations, leading and managing all operational aspects to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellence in Front of House, Back of House, and Catering.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors and department leaders.
  • Maintain and enforce Chick-fil-A’s service, food safety, and brand standards while optimizing restaurant performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, labor costs, food costs, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive profitability and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Partner with leadership to recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of professional growth and leadership development.
  • Monitor budgets, financial reports, and operational costs, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations, multi-unit management, or a senior leadership role within food service, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Experience managing restaurant systems, labor scheduling, food costs, inventory, and compliance with operational policies.
  • Ability to analyze data, drive performance, and implement innovative solutions for operational growth.
  • A proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Passion for servant leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
