Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Director to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the oversight and management of all technical, programmatic, growth, and functional support for the UA portfolio
- Perform deputy PM duties
- Provide Technical leadership and oversight to multiple program tasks
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary, technical teams
Bachelors + Masters degree in a technical field
PMP Certification and PM experience
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with Parsons resources – MANTIS, CFT, RATS, Procurify, GovCloudGPT, Appsetra
Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) for project and task management
Experience staffing cleared programs and managing technical talent
Experience leading and supporting formal and informal proposal efforts and whitepapers for MPO, DoD/IC, and commercial customers
Experience drafting and presenting briefs for high level internal and external audiences
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
