Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
You'll be the engine of execution, ensuring our internal gears are perfectly synchronized to deliver on the CEO’s ambitious goals for growth and customer engagement. This means taking ownership of strategic initiatives from conception to rollout, particularly within our sales, automation, and operational frameworks. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring clarity, accountability, and forward momentum across all departments.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving Vision into Action: Lead the day-to-day execution of the CEO's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Elevating Sales Performance: Assess, rebuild, and implement systems to transform our sales team into a high-performing engine using tools like HubSpot and Aloware.
- Orchestrating Operations: Optimize our tech ecosystem (HubSpot, Aloware, ClickUp, etc.) and manage vendor relationships to enhance efficiency.
- Fueling Marketing Execution: Collaborate on and sometimes guide the execution of CEO-led marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Cultivating a Winning Culture: Partner with the CEO to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.

Learn More About Our Hybrid Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $145,000 – $160,000/year (commensurate with experience)
- Performance-Based Profit Sharing: Up to $25,000/year in quarterly bonuses based on achieving key execution KPIs.
- Equity Participation: 0.25% – 0.75% based on experience and leadership level.
