$150,000–$180,000 base + 25% annual bonus potential

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Site Director to lead the full operations of a large-scale bottling and packaging facility near Greenwood, Arkansas. This plant is part of a global consumer products company and bottles well-known branded beverages for worldwide distribution.This is a pivotal role with full site responsibility for 250 hourly employees and 20–30 salaried staff, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. The selected leader will oversee all aspects of the plant, including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and logistics—while driving modernization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- The
- Champion continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and autonomous team principles
- Lead and support a cultural transformation: team accountability, employee engagement, and performance metrics
- Execute CAPEX and equipment modernization strategies to replace aging infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with TTB, OSHA, ISO, and all regulatory and quality standards
- Oversee site performance, financials, budget, labor planning, KPIs, and cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with global leadership and corporate functions in New York and internationally
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA a plus)
- 10+ years o in high-volume bottling, food, or beverage manufacturing
- Proven success leading operations at a 250+ employee facility
- Strong background in maintenance, engineering, and capital project execution
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and transformation leadership
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities

- Spirits, wine, or beer bottling
- Non-alcohol
- Food or condiment bottling (sauces, syrups, jams)
- High-speed consumer packaged goods (CPG) with a bottling or packaging focus
