Job Summary:


The Director of Supply Chain Systems & Analytics reports to the Vice President/Chief Supply Chain Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manages all aspects of supply chain technology and analytics, including ERP platforms, master data management, and system integration. This role develops and drives strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain performance, supports digital transformation efforts, and collaborates across departments to implement leading practices through innovative systems and data insights. The Director ensures alignment with organizational goals and provides leadership to cross-functional supply chain teams while cultivating strategic partnerships to enhance services.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in healthcare, consulting, supply chain, or IT is required. Proven experience in supply chain optimization, analytics, and cross-functional leadership is required. A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or large health system setting is preferred. Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms such as Workday, Infor, or TecSys is preferred. Prior experience in systems management, consulting, and leading high-performing teams is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is required. Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Deep knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in performance improvement, data management, and spend analysis. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with complex workloads.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

CMRP, CPM, CPIM, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent is preferred.
