What You’ll Do:
- Lead, build, and optimize our full supply chain operations: procurement, planning, production scheduling, warehousing, and logistics.
- Drive strategic alignment between supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and sales to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Oversee supplier relationships, contracts, and performance scorecards—bringing a cost-conscious, quality-first approach.
- Champion operational KPIs—inventory turns, delivery metrics, cost savings, lead time reductions, and efficiency gains.
- Leverage ERP and planning systems to support data-driven decisions and long-range planning.
- Build and mentor a top-performing team—creating a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally to support product launches, capacity planning, and sustainable growth.
- Assess risk and build resilience into every link of the supply chain.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
- Proven success with global sourcing, logistics strategy, and supplier development.
- Deep knowledge of demand planning, replenishment forecasting, and ERP tools.
- Financial fluency—you understand the cost impacts of every decision.
