What does a successful Director of Product Management do at Fiserv?

We are seeking a skilled Director or Product Management to lead the transformation of how our clients handle data and insights through Fiserv’s Data Compass Platform. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong focus on user empathy and outcome-driven strategies, we want to hear from you.

As a PM Director, you will work closely with the VP, Product, and Product Owners to craft a competitive strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap for our development team. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external partners to understand client needs, identify value propositions, and align product strategies with the overall vision of Fiserv.

What you will do:

• Develop and own the product strategy with a user-centric approach
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap while clearly defining the product vision
• Analyze data and trends to create business cases and pricing models that deliver real value
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the product to ensure its success
• High degree of Data domain expertise, and a genuine curiosity for, emerging technologies such as Cloud, APIs / Services, DevOps, Agile Development, Digital Form Factors (Mobile/Voice), Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics.
• Balance business strategy (vs. tactical) & technical understanding. Business model transformation general knowledge and working experience (significant technology changes, business model changes)
• Knowledge, experience, and proficiency in product management standards and practices, with end-to-end product management discipline
• New product build and launch experience, with working knowledge of managing existing clients through version and new product upgrades
• Executive presence. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

How you’ll work:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant Master's Degree strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, managing products of varying levels of maturity
• 3+ years of data analytics product management experience (platform, go-to-market, revenue management, more)

What would be great to have:

• Experience in user journey mapping
• Knowledge of value-based product prioritization

Salary Range

$122,600.00 - $218,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
