Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is not required.
- Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
