We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring that all ingredients are properly cleaned and organized.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet and catering events as necessary.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained after use.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing as needed.
