Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent food quality
- Cook and prepare meals according to established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with knife skills and kitchen equipment operation
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
