What You'll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and loads for timely delivery
- Monitor routes and delivery statuses to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and other logistics personnel
- Resolve delivery issues and adjust routes as necessary
- Maintain detailed records using dispatch and tracking software
- Ensure compliance with DOT and company regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a dispatcher (trucking/logistics industry preferred)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Proficient with logistics software
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
- Flexibility with work hours, including occasional weekends
