The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Responsibilities
- Manage the dispatch board by prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance
- Get the right technician to the right job based on the urgency of need, location of customer and technicians, etc.
- Address problems and requests by communicating information and/or providing solutions
- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
Skills
- Proven experience as a dispatcher
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods
- Service Titan software experience preferred
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgment and critical thinking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
