Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join a leading company in St Louis, Missouri specializing in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Priority will be given to candidates who have skills and experience pertinent to the construction trades / home services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule and dispatch technicians, and prepare data reports
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and project records in CRM
- Prepare invoices and follow up with customers on outstanding accounts receivable
- Assist in the coordination of permits and inspections for certain projects
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Utilize computer software to automate tasks and improve office efficiency
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (construction/trades company preferred)
- Familiarity with some type of CRM software; ServiceTitan or HouseCall Pro a plus
- Strong customer service skills and experience working with customers
- Ability to multitask and maintaining composure while handling several issues at once
- High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a positive and professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
