Customer Service Agent
Seeking someone with the skills to navigate customer service while supporting the Sales, Administrative and Operations teams. A proactive thinker with the ability to think outside the box. Experience in fuel and lubricants or closely related field is a plus.
What you will be doing:
- Answering phones / outbound calls
- Order placement and fulfillment.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong Math Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong organizational skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Stable work history
- Report Generation
- Billing
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
