Job Overview
Evermore Cannabis Company is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Dispensary Purchasing Manager to oversee centralized purchasing for all retail locations. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all inventory purchases (cannabis and non-cannabis) for our dispensaries, ensuring we maintain optimal stock levels while maximizing gross margin and minimizing inventory risk.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain store-level par levels, reorder points, and seasonal demand forecasts
- Create, issue, and manage purchase orders across all dispensary locations
- Analyze sales, vendor performance, and product profitability
- Collaborate with store managers to incorporate real-time feedback and local customer insights
- Serve as primary point of contact for all dispensary wholesale vendors
- Maintain an approved vendor/product catalog aligned with brand strategy
- Monitor delivery schedules, inventory accuracy, and resolve shipping discrepancies
- Partner with Finance to review gross margin performance and inventory aging reports
Qualifications
3+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or inventory planning experience (cannabis industry preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multi-site inventory
- Strong analytical skills and experience with POS/inventory systems (e.g., Dutchie, LeafLink, LeafTrade)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and process-driven

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
