Join Our Team as a Distribution Associate
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Accurately receive, sort, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas
- Use inventory systems to track stock and update records
- Assist with restocking and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily targets
- Safely operate material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Experience in distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse software is helpful
- A reliable team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude
