SUMMARY

The Distribution Clerk is responsible for maintaining/distributing various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This position also includes assisting the Supply & Demand Manager with various studies/analysis to support long range production and shipment planning processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Knowing and understanding of Toyota, Lexus, BMW, and Chevrolet products, specs, and pricings
  • Maintaining and managing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) relationships in the distribution role
  • Creation and submission of reports, inclusive of stock and sales reports
    • Timely submission of monthly reports, including reports due to OEMs
  • Monthly vehicle orders
    • Order submission per OEM, for Guam, Saipan, Palau, and Marshall Islands
    • Input preliminary orders and monitor regularly
    • Regular use of the Cosmos system
  • Build Units
    • Choose specs and colors for vehicles, with collaboration with Sales Managers
    • Update configurations
  • Regular communication with OEM’s
  • Shipments and Stock Creation
    • Assist with shipments, as needed
    • Processes landed cost postings
    • Stock units into CDK
    • Key auditing
  • Provide EPA letters as requested
  • Works closely with all other branches of the company (sales, aftersales, accounting, admin, etc.)
  • Providing timely and professional responses to both external and internal parties
  • Perform other tasks related to the department needs as requested by the Supply & Demand Manager


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent
