The Receptionist/Front Desk Clerk performs receptionist duties and provides clerical duties as needed. Because you are always in contact with residents, families, and employees and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism to ensure industry-leading service.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Proficient PC skills; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner; Ability to operate multi-line switchboard; Previous experience with multi-line system and Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
