Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time District Manager with a passion for community and excellence to join our team.
Position: District Manager (DM)
Location: The DM will support affordable properties within our Miami portfolio
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years prior property management experience in Affordable multi-family communities
- Previous multi-site management experience in the greater Miami area
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred for this position
- Experience using Yardi property management software products

Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational and financial aspects of the assigned portfolio
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Provide support to Property Managers and Supervisors
- Communicate regularly with Corporate Office
- Direct property marketing strategy to increase rentals
- Maximize revenue and control expenditures
Qualifications:

Education:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPM designation helpful.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience required; familiarity with Yardi software is preferred.

Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Property Management Software
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Strong skills in hiring, staff development, budgeting, and marketing planning
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
