Key Responsibilities
- 🎯 Lead & coordinate field implementation of the RISE project.
- 📊 Track physical/financial progress & submit reports on time.
- 👥 Supervise field officers & partner with local government/NGOs.
Requirements
- 🎓 BA/BSc in Agriculture, Economics, Development Studies, or WASH.
- 💼 2–5 years of relevant experience (at least 2 years in management).
- 💡 Familiarity with USAID/BHA or EHF projects is a plus.
- 🗣️ Fluent in English with strong facilitation & mobilization skills.
