Districtwide ESL Teacher - 2025/2026
Position: Up to 1 ESL teacher
Required Qualifications:
- DESE Secondary ESL licensure
- Bachelor's Degree
- Teaching experience
- Ability to teach students across a range of language proficiency levels, particularly SLIFE and newcomer students
- Strong written and oral communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially those in the areas of collaboration, problem-solving, and decision making
- Ability to use technology effectively
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and/or Portuguese
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with family outreach
Compensation:
In accordance with Burlington Educators’ Association Contract
