Kraemer North America is currently looking for a Document Control Administrator to join our team in our Pacific West Region (Seattle, WA). The Document Control Administrator works with leadership across the organization to ensure compliance with all applicable contract/regulatory requirements and owner specifications in order to minimize risks and liabilities for the company.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all Owner document control requirements and owner specifications
- Work with management and project teams to review and improve as necessary the Document Control system and process to meet client requirements
- Work with client document control teams to ensure all controlled project documentation is current and complete
- Stamp, log, and check-in all drawings, specification and documentation as required by the project. Log and transmit all controlled correspondence
- Maintain RFI logs
- Maintain control of document sets for project management and field reference as required by the projects
- Advise of any impacts to project as per document updates and communication impact and document updates to all required project departments
- Work with change management to submit changes for approval
- Work with the Quality Control team to develop, control and turnover project documentation to the client as required by the projects, for Project Files, Design Development Packages and other required submissions.
- Work with workface planners to control project execution documentation as generated by the team and distribute to the field as required by the schedule
- Conduct Contract required audits of document control processes to ensure compliance with Project Document Control Plans.
- Prepare for and support external client audits of document control area and ensure external audit requirements are met
- Work with project staff to ensure document control procedures are understood and followed
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant area with experience or a Non-BS/BA degree with significant experience in related field
- High level of interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Procore, SharePoint or similar software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professional composure when dealing with customers
- Strong organizational skills; the ability to manage multiple tasks

Hiring range: $25.00 - $36.00/hour; wage is dependent on multiple factors: education, experience, skills, market rates, internal equity and/or location.
