Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with ManTech!ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team in Sunol, CA. This is a Part Time on Call (PTOC) position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide training and support for our document management system, and specifically the software package known as QT9, on an on-call basis.
Train on how to navigate the software, to ensure documents are organized, updated as necessary, named correctly, all approvals have been obtained, and employees are trained on them.
Train on how to ensure nonconformances and corrective actions are addressed, completed and closed.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard and the software QT9.
3+ years of experience in document control utilizing ISO standards, preferably ISO/IEC 17025.
Must be very familiar with working within a quality management system, specifically in the area of document control and have the ability to help drive actions to completion.
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a public trust.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,200.00-$101,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
