Dances with Dogs has been a trusted name in pet care since 2002, proudly serving as Miami's only Fear-Free and Force-Free certified dog walking business. We are looking to expand our dedicated, employee-based team and invite passionate animal lovers to join us on this rewarding journey.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Start at $15-$18 per hour, and with bonuses and tips, you can earn $18+ per hour.
- Our Leash Manners Training is compensated at up to $20 per hour.
- Earn between $600-$1000+ monthly, making this a great part-time opportunity.
- Pet First Aid/CPR certification and dog walking supplies are provided.

Your Role:
As a part-time professional dog walker/pet sitter, you’ll enjoy flexible schedules that can accommodate your lifestyle:
- We would prefer a candidate available at least three weekdays from 11am to 3pm.
- We also strongly prefer a candidate with some level of part-time availability on weekday evenings and weekends.
- Additional optional earning opportunities are available in the morning and outside of our prime service hours.
Service Areas: Our services extend to Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Kendall, Cutler Bay, and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring a safe and joyful walking experience for our cherished four-legged clients.
- Adhering to our commitment to Fear-Free and Force-Free pet care—staff will gain certification as part of their role.
- Providing stellar, personalized customer service and detailed pet care.
- Communicating clearly with staff and clients via phone, text, and photographs.
- Practicing effective time management and teamwork.
- Using your own insured vehicle to travel safely between client residences in an urban setting.
