Responsibilities and Duties:
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for animals and pets of all kinds.
- Possess prior experience in dog walking, pet sitting, or animal care (preferred).
- Confidently handle a variety of dog breeds and sizes with control and composure.
- Maintain basic knowledge of pet behavior, health, and safety practices.
- Professionally represent the company and treat clients with the utmost respect.
- Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and excellent time management skills.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with the ability to build rapport with pet owners.
- Work independently and make responsible decisions in challenging situations.
- Safely travel to clients’ homes across town.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Be willing to undergo a background check.
- Utilize a smartphone to track services and send updates to clients via Time to Pet, with GPS capabilities.
