As a Front Desk Agent at Four Paws Day Care, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Located in a vibrant community, this role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the daily operations of our facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs of pets efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services offered.
- Maintain accurate records of pet information and client accounts.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for daycare, grooming, and other services.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the well-being of all animals in our care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of animal care and handling practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed for pet care tasks.
- A passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
