Our company is in search of a Full Time (37+ hours) Animal Care Attendant for the following schedule.
- 4 shifts per week 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- 1 morning shift 6am-1:30pm
- 1 weekend shift every week
Paw Plaza is open 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends. At least 1 weekend shift is required by all employees.
We move for the entire shift, approximately 15,000-25,000 steps per shift. Does this sound perfect for you?
Our best candidates:
- Have at least 5 years of consistent work experience.
- Have at least a high school diploma.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Enjoy moving for the entire shift. (We do not sit down except during breaks.)

- Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
- Have prior supervisory experience.
- Enjoy a solitary job with minimal socializing with coworkers.
- Must be able to play our game by our rules.
- Follow instructions on how to work in our facility.
- MUST be able to clean up dog poop, dog urine, and dog vomit.
- LOVE ALL DOGS, BIG, SMALL, and ENERGETIC!
The Animal Care Attendant job is very FAST-PACED and requires MOVEMENT all day.
WE. DO. NOT. SIT. We are a play-oriented facility. Our goal is to send the dogs home TIRED. Must LOVE to be ACTIVE all day long! Must find personal job satisfaction through entertaining and facilitating dog play.
We clean (a lot!) to ensure our dogs and staff are safe and healthy. Must like to CLEAN.
