Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to adapt to various customer needs while showcasing our technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Perform outbound calling to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts or marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms of sale with potential customers to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for successful selling in the field.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology offerings to effectively convey their value proposition to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Experience in technology sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to conduct outbound calling as part of lead generation efforts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or technical sales is an advantage.
