Are you a motivated, results-driven individual looking for a high-earning opportunity in the renewable energy industry? Solera Energy is seeking Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help homeowners transition to solar power.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy
- Generate leads and close deals with competitive commission payouts
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred but not required – we train you!
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):
- You’ll be living off $2,000 a month ($1,000 every 2 weeks) for 3 months until commissions are paid on deals.
Then you’ll get paid base pay + commissions. Can you handle that waiting period?
- We run a 35 hour work week, work days are 7 hours long with an hour lunch included. You’re expected to be knocking doors during that entire time. Can you handle the repeated rejection and stay motivated during that time?
