We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and ensuring timely deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and forklifts, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each trip.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Experience operating box trucks, vans, or other delivery vehicles is highly desirable.
- Ability to use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
