Immediate need for a driver/ maintenance worker with wide range of repair and maintenance skills for upkeep and maintenance of both indoor and outdoor areas, including general maintenance, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and renovations.
The applicant must be able to:
1.Provide transportation to and from the facility.
2. Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement.
3. Perform preventive building maintenance duties, repairs and replacements.
4. Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
5. Purchase supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects.
6. Assemble and move furniture.
7. Complete projects within established time frames.
