Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and the skills necessary to operate a vehicle confidently and responsibly. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching individuals of various ages and backgrounds.
Duties
- Conduct classroom instruction on driving theory, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
- Provide hands-on driving instruction to students in various environments.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure an engaging learning experience.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with other instructors to improve teaching methods and curriculum.
Experience
- Proven experience in educating students, preferably in a classroom or driving school setting.
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Experience working with both young learners and adults is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
