Aristocrafts DC, LLC is now hiring dynamic and experienced instructors for our after -school programs.
We are seeking kind, highly motivated, energetic, qualified teachers and instructors to lead our Arts & Crafts, Lego Club, Origami Club, Cooking, Drama, Knitting, Sewing, Sculpting, Music, Dance classes... in DC/MD elementary schools.
We are seeking a dedicated and creative After School Instructor to lead engaging classes for our students over the upcoming school year. This position will involve teaching a variety of subjects, including but not limited to art, cooking, pottery, and crafting fishing accessories. Classes will be held once a week for approximately 8 to 10 weeks, with the possibility of additional sessions based on demand.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the interests and skill levels of children.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe and organized space for students.
- Demonstrate patience and understanding when working with children, adapting to their individual needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom or after school setting.
- Strong skills in one or more of the subject areas mentioned (art, cooking, crafting, etc.).
- A passion for working with children and helping them develop new skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
